For Mortgage Lender or Escrow Company
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Name of the HOA
- Property address
- Name of the unit owner or borrower
- Loan number
- Mortgagee clause
For Unit Owners
If you are a unit owner within one of our HOA’s and need an annual renewal certificate or proof of insurance for your mortgage company, please have a copy of the letter from your lender ready to upload.
